Terms & Conditions - elvori

Using elvori requires that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these conditions, that you are not barred from using dating or social networking services under any applicable law, and that you have not been previously removed from elvori or an affiliated service without our express written permission to rejoin.

You may not maintain more than one active elvori account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during sign-up and to keep your email address and login credentials confidential - you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If elvori has reason to believe an account was created by someone under 18, impersonates another person, or was opened by someone previously banned, we may suspend or remove that account without prior notice. Registration through the protected sign-up flow does not waive any part of these eligibility requirements, and elvori may request additional information at any time to confirm that an account complies with this section.

The elvori community works only if members treat each other honestly and respectfully. The following conduct is prohibited on the Service:

• Misrepresenting your identity, age, marital status or photos, or impersonating another person or entity;
• Harassing, threatening, stalking or repeatedly contacting a member who has asked you to stop;
• Soliciting money, gifts, cryptocurrency, login credentials or financial information from another member;
• Running scams, pyramid schemes, phishing attempts or unsolicited commercial promotions through chat;
• Asking a member to move payment or verification off-platform as a condition of further contact;
• Scraping, data-mining, or using bots, automated scripts or unauthorized third-party AI/ML tools to interact with profiles or messages;
• Uploading malware, attempting to disrupt the Service's network, or circumventing security or rate-limit controls;
• Using the Service for commercial advertising, recruitment or political campaigning without elvori's written consent;
• Submitting knowingly false abuse reports about another member.

The following content is also prohibited anywhere on the Service, including in photos, bios and messages: content that is illegal under applicable law; hateful, discriminatory or sexually exploitative material; content depicting or soliciting minors in any way; and another person's personal data (such as a phone number, home address or workplace) posted without that person's consent. elvori may remove content or restrict accounts that violate this section at its discretion, as described in the Moderation section below.

You retain ownership of the photos, bios, messages and other material you submit to elvori ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant elvori a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display and distribute Your Content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, securing and promoting the Service - for example, displaying your profile photo to other members in your area or using an anonymized profile card in on-site marketing sections.

This license continues for as long as Your Content remains on the Service and for a limited period afterward while it persists in routine backups, after which it is removed in the ordinary course of data retention. elvori's own content, including its name, logo, interface design and the "elvori" wordmark, remains the exclusive property of elvori and may not be copied, scraped or redistributed. Likewise, you may not copy, screenshot for redistribution, or commercially reuse another member's profile content; Your Content is licensed to elvori for the operation of the Service, not transferred to other members.

Members can report a profile, photo or conversation directly from the Service when content or behavior appears to violate these Terms. Reports are reviewed using a combination of automated detection tools and human review. Depending on the outcome of that review, elvori may take no action, issue a warning, remove specific content, restrict certain account features, or suspend or permanently terminate the account involved.

elvori may take any of the actions above with or without prior notice to the affected member, particularly where we believe prompt action is necessary to protect other members or the integrity of the Service. Enforcement decisions, including the severity of any action taken, are made at elvori's sole discretion based on the information available at the time of review. A member who believes an enforcement decision was made in error may contact us using the address in the "General Terms And Contact" section to request reconsideration.

elvori may offer optional paid features, such as expanded messaging or enhanced visibility in the local feed, in addition to the free-to-browse core experience. Where you purchase a paid subscription, it automatically renews for the same subscription term at the then-current rate at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel before the renewal date. This auto-renewal structure mirrors standard practice across subscription-based dating platforms and applies regardless of whether you purchased through a payment processor on the Service itself or through a third-party app store.

If your purchase was made through an external platform (such as a mobile app store or a third-party payment provider), cancellation, billing history and refund requests for that purchase are generally managed through that external platform's own account settings and support channels rather than directly through elvori. elvori does not publish fixed prices within these Terms because pricing, promotional offers and bundle sizes may vary by region, subscription length and prior account activity; current pricing is always shown before you are asked to enter payment details.

elvori does not guarantee refunds for partially used subscription periods except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to cancel a subscription before its renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again; a cancellation submitted on or after the renewal date applies to the following billing cycle.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. elvori does not warrant that you will meet a particular match, that profiles will be free of inaccuracies, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. elvori makes no representation about the conduct, intentions, identity, health or background of any member, before or after you connect with them.

Importantly, elvori does not conduct criminal background checks, sex-offender registry searches or government-ID identity verification on members who register for the Service. You are solely responsible for exercising caution, judgment and common-sense safety practices in all interactions with other members, including when deciding whether and how to meet someone in person. We encourage you to meet in public places, tell a friend or family member your plans in advance, and avoid sharing financial information with anyone you meet through elvori. These disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, elvori and its officers, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your interactions with other members, or any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content, even if elvori has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

elvori's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the total amount you paid to elvori for paid features during the twenty-four (24) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you; in such cases, elvori's liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold elvori harmless from any claim, loss or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your interactions with another member.

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact elvori and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by writing to the legal contact address below, describing the issue and the resolution you seek. Most disagreements can be resolved this way within a reasonable period.

If a dispute is not resolved informally within sixty (60) days, you and elvori agree that it will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Arbitration means a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury, decides the dispute, and court review of an arbitrator's decision is limited. You and elvori each waive the right to a jury trial and agree that any arbitration or claim will proceed only on an individual basis - class actions, collective actions and representative proceedings are waived by both parties to the extent permitted by law.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to elvori's legal contact address within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms; your notice should state your intent to opt out and include your account email and full name. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which elvori's Service is principally operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and venue for any claim not subject to arbitration lies in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting elvori directly. elvori may suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in suspected fraud or abuse, or if we are required to do so to comply with applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately, and any paid features tied to your account are discontinued subject to the billing terms above. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination - including content license rights already granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and the dispute resolution clause - continue to apply after your account is closed.

elvori may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements or industry practice. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page; continuing to use the Service after a revised version is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and elvori's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and elvori regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms without elvori's consent; elvori may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
